AD's last Hindu Kingdom in Indonesia as well as the greatest
empire Indonesia ever had, Majapahit kingdom. The observation

ornaments, pottery and stone carvings, ceramic of Chinese
heritage, statues (including the most beautiful Visnu portrait
sculpture mounting a mythical Garuda bird), Bajang Ratu
and Wringin Lawang entry gate temple, Tikus royal bathing
temple. The tour includes a drive through a beautiful countryside
and terraced rice fields on returning back to Surabaya. |

This tour is one of most exciting excursion in East Java.
At midnight, leaving Surabaya/Tretes/ Malang/Batu to Cemara
Lawang village (about 3 hours drive). Next get the pony
riding and trotting down the steep slope of Mts. Tengger,
crossing the sea-of-sand, and climbing up 245 steps to reach
the awesome rim crater where like other tourists wait for
the sunrise cracking up the day through its rays from the
eastern range of Mts. Tengger. From here a marvelous views
of Mt. Bromo and its surrounding can be seen (subject to
the weather). After that, back to the village and have breakfast.
Next drive back to Surabaya / Tretes / Malang / Batu. |

and Buddha, Jago temple as the first restored temple in

tour drives through northern coast and back to Surabaya
through southern one with some blue indigenous beaches and

with its colorful traditional wooden boats, and beautiful
Slopeng beach, Sumenep most aristocratic town in the while
island with its picturesque grand mosque, and vast of salt

This tour features the colorful annual traditional festival
bull race in Madura Island. The race is held from August
up to beginning October as the grand final. The race starts
with a series of heats in all villages, sub district, and
districts, until the grand final in Pamekasan town to be
the winner of the President Cup. The very courage jockey
pulls down a pair of bull's tails and drives them to run
straight and fast and bumps in quick for balance. The noisy
and loud voice of the crowd waves endlessly as racing is
on and traditional music instrument pumping up till the
finishing race. |

A tour covering of walking around at the countryside by
the side of vast verdant terraced rice fields, rural settlements,
and streams, short hike to an old spring temple of 11th
AD in which the water is still used by local for indigenous
rituals, and visit to PPLH (Environmental Education Center).
Then drive to Safari Park which houses some interesting
animal collections from America, Asia, and Africa continents
such as bears, lions, tigers, Orang Utans, crocodiles, zebras,
elephants, camels etc. |
