Description
/ Focus:
Designed for participants learned the skills necessary to
be highly effective leaders. Focusing on personal awareness
and growth, effective human relationship, and building strengths
through confronting complex situations; they enhance their
creative thinking, goal-setting, strategic resource allocation,
decision-making, and empowerment of others.
Format:
In the format of a dynamic, action-oriented design, the
high-level objective of this customized program is to help
student know the foundation of effective leaders -through
creating awareness and insight into four key areas:

- The Eagle's perspective
- Teamwork
This program delivered through outdoor-based experiential
training method, and gives special feature:
- Motivational session
- Wild-water rafting (or canoeing)
