the skills necessary to be highly effective leaders. Focusing
on personal awareness and growth, effective human relationship,
and building strengths through confronting complex situations;
they enhance their strategic thinking, goal setting, risk
taking, decision-making, and empowerment of others.
Format:
In the format of a dynamic, action-oriented design, the
high-level objective of this customized program is to help
student know the foundation of effective leaders -through
creating awareness and insight into four key areas:

program delivered through outdoor-based experiential training
